 What are my payment options?

Sports N Such currently offers the following payment methods: Pay Pal for Worldwide buyers (offers credit card and e-check processing), Canada Post Corporation (CPC) Postal Money Orders, United States Postal Service (USPS) Pink International Money Orders, bank draft, Email Money Transfer through Certapay. 

Effective March 1, 2010, personal cheques are NO LONGER accepted. 

NOW AVAILABLE - Visa and Mastercard payment option via real-time online processing and via telephone. Note: Purchases made via Visa or Mastercard will be displayed as SportsNSuch in the merchant description field on your credit card statement.

What currencies does Sports N Such accept?

At this time, all prices are in Canadian dollars.

Does Sports N Such offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping at competitive shipping rates. Please note that packages entering a country other than Canada may be subject to customs and/or duty fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office to confirm the rules for importing to your country.

What delivery options are available?

At this time all packages are being shipped through Canada Post Corporation unless otherwise stated in the product description. To keep your prices low, we ship packages using the most economical service; Canada Letterpost Service, USA Light Packet Service and International Light Packet Service. However, other shipping methods are also available upon request and are calculated by your location.

Please contact us if you wish to have your item shipped through an alternate method of delivery.

Is Sports N Such able to deliver my package locally?

Yes, Sports N Such will hand delivery locally. Effective March 1, 2010, all local deliveries will incur the same charges as mail delivery..

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Postal standards vary by location and by service. Letterpost service and Light Packet service are the most economical and preferred methods of delivery.

Canada Letterpost Service - The estimated delivery times to most major centres within Canada is usually between 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times to remote locations may take longer. Note: Delivery times may take longer during peak mailing periods. (These are estimations only and are not guaranteed delivery times.)

USA Light Packet Service -  The estimated delivery times to most major centres within the USA is usually between 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery times to remote locations may take longer. Note: Delivery times may take longer during peak mailing periods and/or for Customs clearance.

All packages are subject to US Customs inspection, which in rare cases may cause delay. (These are estimations only and are not guaranteed delivery times.)

International Light Packet Service - The estimated delivery times to most major International cities is usually between 1 to 3 weeks. Delivery times to remote locations may take longer. Note: Delivery times may take longer during peak mailing periods and/or for Customs clearance.

Note: The minimum shipping costs to Canadian locations is $2. The minimum shipping costs to the United States is $3. The minimum shipping costs Internationally is $4.

When will my package be shipped?

Sports N Such strives to ship your order the business day following receipt of payment. However, during peak periods purchases may take as long as 3 business days to be shipped.

NOTE: Orders paid via personal cheque / check are subject to a bank hold for the number of business days specified below before your package is shipped:

Cheques drawn on Canadian financial institutions - minimum 5 business day hold before item(s) ship

Checks drawn on a US financial institution - minimum 15 business day hold before item(s) ship

Checks drawn on any International financial institution - minimum 25 business day hold before item(s) ship 

Will Sports N Such notify me when my item(s) are shipped?

Yes, an email confirmation will be sent to you after your package has been dropped off at Canada Post.

Does Sports N Such have a return policy?

Sports N Such is confident that you will absolutely love your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) we offer a money back guarantee.* * Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibilty of the buyer. Items must be returned in original unopened packaging. We are happy to refund all original and return shipping charges, if it is our error.  

How do I return an order?

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order to us in original unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase to:

Please contact customer service for a return item number. Write the return item number on the packing slip and record the reason for the return. Any returns originating outside of Canada should say "Customer Returning Merchandise" on the customs form.

Return shipping is the responsibilty of the buyer.

Sports N Such is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the product(s) you are returning. For your protection, please ensure they are well packaged, insurance coverage recommended.

For items where shipping costs may be reimbursed by Sports N Such, please retain shipping receipts.

How long does it take to process my refund?

 In most cases, refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item as specified above. If there are any unforseen delays, customer service will inform you as soon as possible.
