What payment methods are available? - Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal, Canada Post Corporation (CPC) money orders, United States Parcel Service (USPS) pink International money orders, bank draft, Email Money Transfer through Certapay and personal cheque/check. Payments made via Visa or Mastercard will display SportsNSuch in the description field of your credit card purchase summary.
0. What currency does Sports N Such accept? - At this time all prices are in Canadian dollars. 
0. Do you offer Worldwide shipping? - Yes, we offer worldwide shipping at competitive shipping rates. Please note that packages entering a country other than Canada, may be subject to customs and/or duty fees and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office to confirm the rules for importing goods to your country. For Pay Pal payments, your package will ONLY be shipped to the address on the PayPal transaction page, plus the bill to address during the checkout process must match the Pay Pal account information.

0. Does your site store my credit card information? - Credit card info is never stored at our site or in our servers. The cvv2 number is only seen by the credit card processor and is never viewed by Sports N Such employees.

0. How do I place an order? - We offer online orders, telephone orders, fax ordering and mail orders. To place an online order, please add the desired item(s) to the shopping cart. Once you have entered all of your product selections, click checkout. The following page requires you to enter your shipping information. Once completed click next to proceed to the secure payment page. If your billing information is the same as the shipping information, click the box to indicate same as shipping. If your billing information is different, please enter required information into the form. Next, select desired method of payment from the following options: PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, Cheque/Check/Money Order, Telephone Order. For Visa and Mastercard transactions, cardholder name, address, telephone number, card number, expiry date and CVV2 number are required for processing. The CVV2 number is only seen by the credit card processor and is never viewed by Sports N Such employees. For check, cheque or money order transactions, please enter the number of the check, cheque or money order into the appropriate field. For telephone orders, enter your phone number into the appropriate field. If available, enter any 1 coupon code that you may have. Click submit to send your order to Sports N Such. For orders that are being mailed, please make payment payable to: Sports N Such. Include your order number on the face of the cheque/check/money order. 0. Can I place my order over the phone? - Sports N Such is able to take and process Visa and Mastercard orders made via telephone. To ensure that the stock is available for you, please place your order online and indicate telephone for payment method. Type your telephone number into the box and submit. An order number will be generated, record this and then telephone Customer Service during business hours (10am to 6pm E.S.T.) at 416-970-SUCH (7824). Have your order number and method of payment ready for processing.
0. Can I fax my order to Sports N Such? - Yes, you can place your order by fax. Please send the completed fax order form to 905-459-4260.
0. How do I know my order was received? - After your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic reply from our Order Department. Once your order has been physically verified by a Sports N Such employee, you will receive an email from our Customer Service Team. This will confirm that your payment has been received and will also indicate the shipping date for your package.
0. When will my order be shipped? -  Sports N Such strives to ship your order the business day following receipt of payment. However, during peak periods purchases may take as long as 3 business days to be shipped. Note: Orders paid via personal cheque / check are subject to a bank hold for the number of business days specified before your package is shipped: Cheques drawn on Canadian financial institutions - minimum 5 business day hold before item(s) ship. Checks drawn on a US financial institution - minimum 15 business day hold before item(s) ship. Checks drawn on any International financial institution - minimum 25 business day hold before item(s) ship. 
0. How long does it take to ship to my location? - Postal standards vary by location and by service. Letterpost service and Light Packet service are the most economical and preferred methods of delivery. Canada Letterpost Service - The estimated delivery times to most major centres within Canada is usually between 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times to remote locations may take longer. Note: Delivery times may take longer during peak mailing periods. (These are estimations only and are not guaranteed delivery times.) USA Light Packet Service -  The estimated delivery times to most major centres within the USA is usually between 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery times to remote locations may take longer. Note: Delivery times may take longer during peak mailing periods and/or for Customs clearance. All packages are subject to US Customs inspection, which in rare cases may cause delay. (These are estimations only and are not guaranteed delivery times.) 0. Does Sports N Such have a return policy? - Yes, Sports N Such accepts returns. View our Return Policy. Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. **Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in original unopened packaging. We are happy to refund all original and return shipping charges if it is our error.

0. How long does it take to process my refund? - In most cases, refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item as specified above. If there are any unforeseen delays, customer service will inform you as soon as possible.
